BCS OFF SITE MONITORING CONTROL ROOM

We offer all  clients alarm/trigger based off site monitoring.
The cctv system at the clients premises is setup to transmit live video to BCS off site control room when an event occurs, an event can be  anything from motion on the cameras, beams triggered on the perimeter, thermal or infra-red passives that are triggered or analytics on the cameras itself, once this event occurs, the live video is sent to our control room where operators verify if it is an intrusion or not , if  it is a positive intrusion or event that needs to be acted upon, the operator will start implementing the clients procedure for his/her  site , procedures can be anything from contacting armed response, contact SAPS, contact site manager to switching the clients premises lights on, the possibilities are endless.

When our alarm monitoring center receives an alert that an alarm has been triggered at your business, monitoring guards verify the emergency and dispatch emergency services. Patrol and response team will also be notified of the alarm activation and dispatched to your business’s location to identify the cause of the alarm. If our monitoring agents determine it’s a false alarm, our response team can reset it. If they believe that there is a potential threat to your business, they will immediately notify police and provide them with all available information.

We are capable of creating multiple customised protocols, each designed to deliver the ideal response in different scenarios. The point-of-contact person can vary depending on the situation: you can designate multiple people from your staff based on the location of the business, day of the week, and/or time of day.

In some cases, it’s only necessary for BCS video analysts to review one camera’s footage to assist you during an emergency. However, they are trained to review up to 8 cameras simultaneously, so you won’t have to worry about limited security coverage delaying a response. 

Depending on yur contract and products choices. All of our security camera systems come equipped with a battery backup that automatically powers on when electrical service is interrupted. The battery backup ensures that cameras will continue to record and transmit video without interruption in the event of a power outage.

We offer two security camera systems: one for outdoor use and one for indoor use.

Our Camera line of equipment is built for the outdoors. The system is completely wireless, and made to withstand the heat, cold, wind, snow, and anything nature might throw its way.

Cameras is built to be used indoors. We’ll equip these high definition security cameras in strategic areas to blanket your facility with the most coverage possible. In some cases, we can utilize existing camera infrastructure. Our security experts will provide installation requirements during the consultation process.

Our video analysts review your security camera footage to determine the right response for the situation. Our review process is thorough, and we work tirelessly to quickly ascertain whether a threat exists, or if a welcome visitor has accidentally set off the alarm, before making the decision to dispatch emergency services.

Our cameras will continue to record footage during an internet outage, but will be unable to transmit the live video footage to your computer or phone until internet service is restored. BCS cameras, our wireless outdoor security system, will record and transmit video during an internet outage. 

Our video analysts have found that false alarms are usually caused by party decorations moving and triggering a camera, animals gaining access to a building and walking across the floor, or employees typing in the wrong PIN code. No matter the cause, we will verify whether the alarm is real, and respond quickly and appropriately.
